What is the return policy?
Items that have not been used or laundered and that are in pre-shipped condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days for a full refund.Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.We are unable to offer free returns at this time. A flat rate of $15 for U.S orders will be deducted from your refund for the return.
What are your shipping options?
Towels leave our warehouse in 1-2 days from order date. We ship UPS, USPS and FedEx, depending on your location. Please be aware that shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO address may cause delays.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our towels are designed in the USA and manufactured in Turkey.
What are your towels made of?
Our towels 100% organic Turkish cotton.All of our towels are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified. (IS025257091) OEKO-TEX®sets the benchmark for textile safety, from yarn to finished product. Every item bearing the STANDARD 100 label is certified as having passed safety tests against a list of over 1,000 harmful substances.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $200!
How should I wash my towels?
We recommend washing your Banner towels in cold water and drying them on low. Please wash red towels separately as organic dyes and cotton are more prone to bleeding. It is also helpful to wash towels separately to keep them looking their best—terry is prone to snagging.
We do not recommend fabric softener as it can change the absorption properties of towels. If you accidentally use fabric softener you can use 1/2 cup of vinegar to help remove excess residue, soften, and deodorize your towels. Use vinegar sparingly (only every once in a while) as too much use can damage fabric. Please always avoid using bleach.
